Methods of Payment

You can purchase items using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or, if you have an online billing agreement with a Finnish bank, using the bank’s services (Nordea Solo, Osuuspankki Kultaraha or Sampo Verkkomaksu). Our online service uses the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode systems which enables upgraded security for money transactions.

Customs, duties and brokerage charges

 

Users outside of the EU are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered.

 

Return policy

You can return your order without stating your reasons within two weeks from receiving the package by sending it back to us. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. The return or the request of return should be sent to:
